MY ARTICLE HAS A DEFECT
Packnwood pays the utmost attention to the quality of its products. If, however, despite all the quality checks carried out, faults are to be reported, we invite you to report this problem in order to receive a new article or to be reimbursed. Please respect the return procedure and indicate the reason for the return. In the event of a proven defect, you will have the possibility of re-ordering your article (within the limits of available stocks) and of being reimbursed for the defective article. Return costs will be at our expense.
CAN I CHANGE A DELIVERY ADDRESS / DELIVERY CONTENT?
Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible for you to make any modification. In fact, to guarantee you the best delivery times, we prepare and dispatch your order within hours of validating your basket. However, you can change your default address for future orders in the my contact details section of your customer area.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
When I receive my packages, if I believe that the packaging shows signs of deterioration, I have the possibility of:
- Either refuse the package, it will then be returned directly to my sender;
- Or ask for a provision at my post office so that I can open it in the presence of an authorized agent.
If your package has been accepted by a third party whose identity you do not know, you can always fill in the contact form of the Post Office, a customer adviser will study your request and a response will be given to you within 2 working days. In all cases, you cannot accept the package by making reservations.
